One client per market segment
We won't take a second client competing for the same buyers as an existing one. Not at a higher price, not in a different month.
How we define a market. A market is a city plus a segment. Two clients conflict when they'd lose the same deal to each other, which in practice means competing for the same search and AI queries. A developer selling off-plan in Dubai South and a resale brokerage on Palm Jumeirah never do. Both can be clients.
The four segments:
- Developer-side. Companies selling inventory they build.
- Off-plan brokerage. Agencies whose main inventory is developer stock sold before completion.
- Secondary and prime brokerage. Resale and leasing of completed property.
- Commercial. Office, retail, industrial and investment sales.
One carve-out. A developer and an off-plan brokerage can overlap when the brokerage sells that developer's stock, because both then compete on the same project names. Where that happens we take one, not both. If you sell other developers' inventory, it isn't an issue.
How it's enforced. Every engagement runs against a tracked prompt pack, the specific queries we're measuring you on. We won't sign a client whose pack overlaps yours. You get to see the pack, so the promise is checkable rather than a claim.
If your slot is taken. We'll say so on the first call and tell you which segment in your city is still open. We don't run waitlists.
