Everything behind pilot study dubai-01. It used pack dubai-brokerage-v1 and was collected on
16 September 2026 from ChatGPT, with web search forced and the location set to the United Arab Emirates,
through the DataForSEO API. There are 50 runs: 10 prompts, 5 runs each.

The 50 raw responses, the runs, attempts and mentions tables, the pack, the resolver source, the resolution table, the 12-run hand-read ground truth with its provenance note, the scoring rule, scorer and results, the analysis tables, and the licence files: Apache 2.0 for the code, CC BY 4.0 for the data.
Deliberately not included
- The Dubai Land Department broker register. It is a public government dataset and is not ours to republish.

The firm table rebuilds byte for byte from the raw export withbrokerage-census register --csv brokers-2026-09-16.csv --as-of 2026-09-16. Dubai Pulse updates the dataset, so a later download will most likely match neither hash. - The instability analysis's internal findings document. It contains claims that were later retracted, and shipping it would republish them. Its tables are included as CSV; its prose is not.
