Contents
- The edition page as it was when the bundle was built, so the published page can be compared with it.
- The question pack, its lock, and the provenance record with the remote's push times for the decision and the pack, written before any wave 2 request.
- The collection and extraction timestamps, and the commit and push time of the threshold.
- The pre-registered procedure, the extraction rules with their amendments and disclosure, and the limitations as published.
- The records of the four review rounds on the rule implementation, each stating how it was run.
- For both waves: the runs, every paid request, and every extracted mention, redacted, with its channel and resolution path.
- The per-cell tables the headline and the firm tables are computed from, and the output each page figure is read from.
- One script that runs from the bundle alone,
headline.py, which recomputes the headline from the cell tables on the Python standard library. The other scripts,gate.pyandrecompute.pyamong them, ship for inspection, not for running: they read the register and the raw answers, which are not included. - A SHA-256 for every stored answer, so anyone given an answer can check it is the one measured.
Deliberately not included
The answers' raw text. The detector that finds individuals' names cannot see a single-token name or a name glued to the next word, so a name it misses would be published if raw text shipped. The hashes stand in for the answers, and we send them privately to anyone who asks. dubai-01 shipped its raw answers; dubai-02 does not.
The Dubai Land Department register, which is a public government dataset and not ours to republish. The manifest gives its source and the hashes of the snapshot used.
